Welcome to the 918kisser FAQ page. We understand that both new users and long-time members sometimes have questions about how our platform works. Here, we've compiled answers to the most frequently asked questions from members across Malaysia. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, our customer support team is available via live chat 24 hours a day.

Account & Registration

Registering a 918kisser account is free and takes less than three minutes. Click the Register at the top of the page, fill in your basic details such as username, active Malaysia phone number, and password. After completing the form, you will receive an OTP to verify your phone number. Once verified, your account is ready to use immediately.

Basic registration only requires an active Malaysian phone number. Identity verification (KYC) is required when you wish to withdraw larger amounts or claim certain bonuses. The KYC process is straightforward — simply upload a photo of your ID and a quick selfie for fast verification within 24 hours.

You must be 18 years and above to register and use the 918kisser platform. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. 918kisser upholds a responsible gaming policy and does not permit underage users to access this platform under any circumstances.

No. Each user is only allowed to own one account only. Holding multiple accounts violates 918kisser's Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated. If you are experiencing issues with an existing account, please contact our support team for assistance.

Click the link "Forgot Password" on the Login page. Enter your registered phone number or email to receive an OTP. After verifying your identity, you can set a new password instantly. The entire process takes less than two minutes.

This is an automatic security feature that protects your account from unauthorized access. Please wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact 918kisser customer support via live chat to unlock your account immediately after a simple identity verification.

Yes, your 918kisser account can be accessed from your phone, tablet, or computer simultaneously. However, logging in from a new device will require OTP verification as an added security measure. We recommend logging out of any unused devices to prevent unauthorized access.

Deposit

918kisser accepts a variety of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including online bank transfer (FPX), e-wallet such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, internet banking all major banks in Malaysia, as well as cash deposit via selected counters. All methods are processed securely and instantly.

Most deposits are credited to your 918kisser account within 1 to 5 minutes after a successful payment. Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are typically processed faster than manual bank transfers. If your deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, attach your payment proof and contact our support team for an immediate review.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for most payment methods. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen method and account level. VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits compared to standard accounts. For specific limit details, check the Deposit or ask our support team.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour for requests submitted during normal banking hours. Requests submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. Withdrawals to verified bank accounts are generally faster than those to new accounts.

918kisser charges no fees for standard withdrawals. You can withdraw your wins with no deductions on our end. However, your bank may apply its own transfer fees depending on your financial institution's policy.

A withdrawal may be delayed for several reasons: incomplete KYC verification, the bonus rollover requirement has not been met, the bank account name does not match your registered name, or the request was submitted during scheduled system maintenance. Check your withdrawal status under Transaction History or contact support for further clarification.

Bonus & Promotions

New 918kisser members are eligible for welcome bonus of up to 200% on your first deposit. For example, if you deposit RM 100, you will receive an additional RM 200 in your account — bringing your starting balance to RM 300. This bonus is subject to reasonable rollover requirements and must be claimed within 7 days of your first deposit.

Rollover requirements mean you need to place a certain amount in wagers before you can withdraw your bonus funds. Simple example: if your bonus is RM 100 with a 5x rollover, you need to place total bets of RM 500 (100 × 5) before a withdrawal is allowed. You can check your rollover progress at any time under the Bonus section in your account.

Yes, 918kisser offers a variety of ongoing promotions for active members including weekly cashback up to 10%, reload bonuses on subsequent deposits, account anniversary rewards, a loyalty program with points redeemable for game credits, and seasonal promotions tied to major Malaysian festivities.
